YodcoMedia LLC ("YodcoMedia", "we", "us", or "our") publishes and operates Neon UFO: Shape Catch (package name com.yodco.neonufo.shapecatch). This Privacy Policy explains what information is processed when you use Neon UFO: Shape Catch, why it is processed, and the choices available to you.

Information We Process

Depending on your device, region, consent choices, and the features you use, the game and its service providers may process the following categories of information:

  • Gameplay and app activity: game sessions, level and wave progress, results, selected upgrades, tutorial progress, interactions with game features, advertising events, and similar usage events.
  • Device and technical information: device model, operating system and version, app version, language, country or region, network information, IP address, and device or app identifiers.
  • Diagnostics: crash reports, stack traces, performance information, and the state of the app at the time of an error.
  • Advertising information: advertising identifiers where available and permitted, consent signals, approximate location such as country or region derived from an IP address, ad impressions, clicks, and rewarded-ad completion information.
  • Google Play Games information: if you choose to sign in, Google Play Games may provide a player identifier, display name, authentication status, leaderboard scores, and achievement information required to provide those features.
  • Purchase information: if purchases are offered and you make a purchase, Google Play processes the payment. We may receive the product identifier, transaction status, and receipt or transaction identifier, but we do not receive your full payment-card details.
  • Support communications: information you voluntarily provide when contacting us, such as your email address, message, and diagnostic details you choose to share.

How We Use Information

We use information to operate and improve the game; save and understand gameplay progress; provide leaderboards and other Google Play Games features; measure engagement and game balance; diagnose crashes and technical problems; provide, measure, and limit advertising; prevent fraud and abuse; comply with legal obligations; and respond to support requests.

Advertising and Consent

Neon UFO: Shape Catch contains advertising. Where required, the game asks for your consent before using personal data for personalized advertising. You may receive contextual or non-personalized advertising when you do not consent to personalized advertising. Available consent choices can be reviewed through the consent interface provided in the game or by the relevant platform.

Service Providers and Data Sharing

We use service providers that process information on our behalf or under their own privacy terms to provide their services. These include:

  • Google Play Services, Google Play Games, Google Play Billing, Google Analytics for Firebase, and Firebase Crashlytics;
  • Amplitude for product and gameplay analytics;
  • AppLovin MAX and enabled mediation partners, including Unity Ads, ironSource, and Liftoff/Vungle, for advertising, consent management, and ad measurement.

Information may also be disclosed when required by law, to protect users or our legal rights, to investigate fraud or security incidents, or as part of a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets subject to appropriate safeguards. We do not provide payment-card details because they are processed by Google Play.

Legal Bases and International Transfers

Where applicable law requires a legal basis, we process information as necessary to provide the game and requested features, for our legitimate interests in operating, securing, analyzing, and improving the game, to comply with legal obligations, and on the basis of consent where required, including for personalized advertising. Service providers may process information in countries other than your own. Where required, appropriate contractual or other legal safeguards are used for international transfers.

Data Retention and Deletion

We retain personal data only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including providing the game, maintaining security, resolving disputes, and meeting legal obligations. When information is no longer required, we delete or anonymize it. Aggregated or de-identified information that can no longer reasonably identify you may be retained for analytical purposes.

You may request access to or deletion of personal data controlled by YodcoMedia by emailing info@yodco.org. Please identify Neon UFO: Shape Catch and provide the player or device identifier available to you so we can locate the relevant data without requesting unnecessary information. We will verify and process valid requests in accordance with applicable law. Some information may remain temporarily in backups or be retained where required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or dispute resolution.

Google Play Games and Google Play purchase information is also controlled by Google. You can manage connected-game access and relevant data through your Google account and Google Play Games settings.

Children's Privacy

Neon UFO: Shape Catch is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly request personal information directly from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe that a child has provided personal information to us, contact us at info@yodco.org so we can review and delete it where required.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes to the game, service providers, or legal requirements. We will publish the updated policy on this page and revise the effective date above.
